Our Eternal God,
We thank you our Father this morning for your precious Breath of Life. Thank you Lord for your tender watchcare over your sleeping children. Thank you for Your power to resurrect the sleepyhead from slumber and rest. O Lord we praise you this morning for your mighty works toward men. We praise You in Your holiness and we praise You as head over our life. Forgive us O Lord for our faults and shortcomings. Forgive us when we do not love as You love and when our faith dwindles. We seek your Holy Spirit this morning for the power to reflect all that You are. Lead us to the Wash House of Grace where we find stain removal, scrubbing and pressing; where every stain of hypocrisy pride, vanity and selfishness is removed; where we can be scrubbed of strife, malice, and backbiting; and where we can be pressed with humility, sacrifice, longsuffering and joy. Painful though it may be, we lay our souls at Your feet. Accept our offering this morning we pray in Your Abundant name, Amen.
