Our Lord of the Sabbath,
We thank you for this preparation day. We thank you that in 6 days You made Heaven and Earth, the sea and all that  in them is. You rested and blessed the Sabbath day and made it holy. We thank You Lord that until Heaven and Earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law. We thank you that You came not to destroy the law or the Prophets, but to fulfill. We thank you that from one new moon to another, and from one Sabbath to another, we will all come to worship You. We thank you that You are the same yesterday, today, forever. We thank you that You change not, neither does Your law. Praise You Holy One of Israel for Your unfailing, unchangeable love toward Your children. We adore You. Please bestow Your love within us today, for without You we will be left wanting. This is my prayer in Your blessed Son's name, Amen.
