Pray with me!
Here is where I post daily prayers
And the heavens shall praise Thy wonders, O LORD:
Thy faithfulness also in the congregation of the saints.
For who in the heaven
Can be compared unto the LORD?
Who among the sons of the mighty
Can be likened unto the LORD?
God is greatly to be feared in the assembly of the saints,
And to be had in reverence of all them that are about Him.
Psalm 89:5-7 KJV
we thank You this morning for the blessing of Your precious, holy Sabbath day. We thank You for the gift of sacred rest. Thank You for allowing us a time to commemorate the work of Your hands. We worship You, the God of all creation. May we find favor in Your sight is our prayer in Christ’s name. Amen.
we escape the press and fall on our knees to be in the presence of our King. Laying aside our busy lives to breathe in Your heavenly atmosphere; we run from temptation into Your shadow. Your Spirit gently knocks to enter and we say, "Please come in!" We forsake every sin, put aside every weight, and come closer to Your throne. Come be with us now we pray in the Name above all names. Amen.
“LORD, make me to know mine end,
and the measure of my days,
what it is;
that I may know how frail I am.
Thou hast made my days as an handbreadth;
and mine age is as nothing before Thee:
verily every man at his best state is altogether vanity. Selah.
Surely every man walketh in a vain shew:
surely they are disquieted in vain:
he heapeth up riches,
and knoweth not who shall gather them.
And now, Lord, what wait I for?
my hope is in Thee.”
Psalm 39:4-7 KJV
Good morning, our dear Father. Thank You for awakening us to another beautiful day. Thank You for the gift of life, and thank You for the gift of Your Son. We are so unworthy of Your goodness. You sent Your one and only precious Son to pay the wage that was ours. We did not earn this love; it was a free gift. O Lord, how can we say thank You for all that You have done? May obedience become our highest form of praise. We pray this in the name of the Man we esteemed strickened, smittened of God and afflicted. Amen.
this morning we thank You for being a great and wonderful God. Your desire for us is that we become a pure and holy people. But, O God, we have sinned, we have rebelled, we have turned our back on Your perfect plan. Forgive us, our kind and longsuffering Father. May it not be too late to make things right and new. May You redeem the time, for the evil days are upon us. May we choose today upon which side we will stand. We pray in our General’s name. Amen.
Dear gracious Lord,
we thank You this morning that You still our soul. You left us peace and not comfortless. You will not leave us nor forsake us. You draw nigh to us and ask us to draw nigh to You. You are a rewarder of them who diligently seek You. You give us a measure of faith to choose this day Whom we will serve. May we choose the road that leads to life, is our prayer in Your name. Amen.
