Dear Savior,
May Thy rich grace impart Strength to my fainting heart, My zeal inspire! As Thou hast died for me, Oh, may my love to Thee Pure, warm, and changeless be, A living fire! we thank You this morning for You are our life; You are our joy; You are our true heart’s desire. We come this morning to worship You and consecrate ourselves to You. You are our Lord. You are our Savior. All that we have is Yours. You purchased us with Your own blood. Make us into Your image we pray in Your name. Amen. Sing praises to God, sing praises: Sing praises unto our King, sing praises. For God is the King of all the earth: Sing ye praises with understanding. God reigneth over the heathen: God sitteth upon the throne of His holiness. The princes of the people are gathered together, even the people of the God of Abraham: For the shields of the earth belong unto God: He is greatly exalted. Psalm 47:6-9
O Lord our God,
we rise by Your breathe. Your heart is where we go to first thing in the morning. We ache for Your righteousness. Bathe us in Your Holy Spirit. Help us not to resist any of His promptings today. May we be yielded and still by Your grace. We pray in the Holy Son’s name. Amen. As we lay in the stillness of the night and our eyes see nothing but darkness, we realize it is sin that keeps us from the full light of Day. We are grateful however, that Your presence is always with us. We are joyful for Your favor on this beautiful morning. We glory in the gift of life. This is the day that You have made, and we will be glad. The stars, the birds and the wind speak to Your majesty. Fill us today we pray in our perfect Savior’s name. Amen.
Christ our Ransom,
we bow before You, our precious Lamb. You are so beautiful to us. Your gentleness and meekness, we envy. We want so desperately to emulate You in every way. We plead for Your Holy Spirit to empower us to do that which we cannot do alone. We deceive ourselves when we think that we have any greatness, any righteousness, or any worth without You. It is because of You that the Father can look upon us and see infinite love. Thank You Lord for making this possible. Thank You for the abuse, the shame, the mockery You wore like a coat that entitles us to a right to the Tree of Life, if we choose. Make us willing today is our prayer in Your selfless name. Amen. Our God of eternal reign,
we sing glory to Your name. Our highest praises go to You. We will continually joy in Your goodness. We thank You this morning for Your salvation plan and for Your perfect Word. May it be to us words of life; food for the soul; a light for our path. May we hide it deep within. May we live by its principles and walk by its ways. May it govern our life and order our steps, is our prayer in the holy name of Christ. Amen. |
